Affiliate Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Development and implementation of a strategy for working with affiliates and influencers
Development and automation of the system for working with affiliates and influencers
Search and negotiate with new affiliates and influencers
Management and optimization of affiliate and partner marketing
Development and implementation of the education system for affiliates and resellers
Activity tracking and identifying areas for improving traffic conversion through affiliates
Troubleshoot pixels, UTM tags, tracking, and tooling as needed
Building an end-to-end analytics system together with an analyst and a CRO manager
Participation in the development of the overall strategy along with the CMO and team leaders
Coordination of hypothesis testing processes
Synchronization of goals with leads of marketing teams
Proactive position in the search for solutions
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or with influencers
Experience in the crypto/fintech/forex industry would be an advantage
Having an up-to-date database of affiliates and influencers is a must
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Deep knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to form effective conclusions with suggestions
English B2+
Good Communication Skills
TERMS
Salary: FIX (open for your proposals) + KPI
Remote job or offices in Tallinn, Minsk, and Poznan
