CRO Manager

Together with team leads, develop strategies aimed at conversion optimization using quantitative (pages analytics, UX design, websites) and qualitative (traffic, web analytics) sources
Full management and responsibility for successful KPI performance
Organizing internal meetings for planning and management by developing the roadmap of A/B tests and multivariate tests aimed at conversion optimization
Results analysis and identifying successes, failures, and trends
Scaling of successful hypotheses together with team leads
Troubleshoot and identify existing problems and optimization of tests settings and results performing
Working experience in conversion optimization of 2+ years
Understanding of B2B and B2C user's behavior
Experience with B2B and B2C funnels
Deep understanding of conversion / persuasion best practices
Ability to manage multiple business directions with rapidly changing variables
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Deep knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to make practical conclusions with proposals
Knowledge of conversion optimization testing tools such as LiveBall, Optimizely, SiteSpect, Test & Target, Optimizely, Unbounce
Salary: FIX (open for your proposals) + KPI
Remote job or offices in Tallinn, Minsk, and Poznan
