Building of brand virality
Implementation of educational mechanics aimed at customers and resellers
Building of processes and team driven by innovations and creativity
Work in a cross-team structure. Integration of strategies into all brand departments
Cooperation with the product team in the building of competitive and long-term roadmap
Proactive position in the search for solutions
Development of educational policy for employees
REQUIREMENTS
Working experience in product or B2B service companies 5+ years
3+ years of experience as a team lead or project manager
Working experience in blockchain/crypto projects is an advantage
Understanding of such directions as ABM, Data-driven marketing, Affiliate marketing, PR, SEO, SERM, traffic, etc.
English B2+
Skill of work with OKR and KPI
Understanding of growth hacking and processes of hypothesis testing
Good communication skills
We are looking for a person with experience in marketing and project management, but the last one prevails. First of all, the task is to build an effective work process.
