– Organization chart showing the structure of the company dated and signed by the directors;
– Director's copy of ID and proof of address issued within the last 6 months;
– Director's source of wealth declaration (examples: employment Income, property sale, sale of shares or other investment, loan, company sale, company profits / dividends, inheritance, etc.);
– UBO's copy of ID and proof of address issued within the last 6 months;
– UBO's source of wealth declaration (examples: employment Income, property sale, sale of shares or other investment, loan, company sale, company profits / dividends, inheritance, etc.);
– Bank statement showing ownership by the company or audited accounts (Optionally);
– Latest audited financial statements (Optionally);
– Bank Reference letter in the name of the Company (Optionally);
– Filled and fully signed CoinsPaid Application Form.

* Please, keep in mind that in some cases we may require additional details and documents for verification and KYC/Due Diligence procedure during the Onboarding.

Our system also tracks and collects all the information, which we receive when you surf on our website, namely your access date & time, device identification, operating system, IP address, browser type and version. We can obtain above mentioned data directly or using third party services.
