CoinsPaid Celebrates the Success of Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs in Estonia
Tallinn, Estonia ā May 21, 2025 ā CoinsPaid proudly celebrated the success of the third annual Business Idea Competition for Ukrainian women entrepreneurs at the Third Annual Business Idea Competition.

The event, hosted by the FranceāEstonia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFE), marks a key milestone for the company. It highlights CoinsPaidās commitment to ESG objectives and supporting the entrepreneurial spirit of Ukrainian women displaced by conflict.
The third annual event, held at the Jaan Poska House on May 20, 2025, aimed to support Ukrainian womenās entrepreneurship, enhance their visibility, and boost their economic activity in Estonia. The grand finale celebrated exceptional talent and innovation, offering mentorship, networking opportunities, and a platform for participants to present their business ideas to a distinguished international jury.
The jury was chaired by Max Krupyshev, CEO of CoinsPaid, and included Evely Helenius (Silverspoon), Lavly Perling, Merle Laidro (Edelstein), Katrin Å enkevitÅ” (Tehnopol), Svetlana Malatok (LPP Estonia) and Violaine Champetier de Ribes (CCIFE).

Max Krupyshev, CEO of CoinsPaid, who chaired the competitionās jury, praised the resilience and creativity of the participants. āThe incredible passion and innovative ideas presented by the participants reaffirm our commitment to supporting initiatives that foster entrepreneurship and build a brighter future,ā said Krupyshev.
The competition was opened by Violaine Champetier de Ribes, President of the France-Estonia Chamber of Commerce (CCIFE), who honored the exceptional courage and creativity of Ukrainian women. āDespite the adversity of war and displacement, these women have dared to dream, create, and build new ventures here in Estonia,ā

Competition Highlights
This yearās competition saw 13 inspiring business ideas across a variety of sectors, including social entrepreneurship, creative industries, and services. Five finalists were selected to pitch their innovative concepts before an esteemed panel of judges, which included leaders from the business and government sectors. The top three winners received recognition for their outstanding ideas:
First Place: Olha Lavrenko, for her cutting-edge 3D modeling and printing services specializing in precision engineering and advanced composite materials. Lavrenko aims to capture 10% of the local market with her high-quality design and printing solutions.
Second Place: Dariia Osiik, for her bilingual digital media platform designed to connect and empower the Ukrainian womenās diaspora.
Third Place: Alina Kyselova, for her innovative weekend childcare center in Tallinn, offering flexible, short-term care for children aged 2-7, providing support to Ukrainian mothers and families in need.
According to Margot Roose, Deputy Mayor of Tallinn for Entrepreneurship, Ukrainian female entrepreneurs demonstrate how determination and creativity can thrive even in new environments and cultures. āEvery company and every idea enriches not only our economy, but also Tallinnās cultural diversity. Together, we will create a stronger, more diverse Tallinn, where all residents have opportunities to engage in entrepreneurship,ā said Roose.
This inspiring initiative empowers women entrepreneurs, fostering self-confidence and community spirit. It aligns with CoinsPaidās commitment to social responsibility and drives positive change.
