CoinsPaid Unites to Upgrade: A Team Gathering to Align, Evolve, and Inspire
This November, over 300 CoinsPaid teammates from around the globe touched down in Turkey for a two-day offsite designed to align, upgrade, and energise the company for its next chapter.
As a fully remote organisation, we donāt often gather in one place, but when we do, we make it count. This offsite wasnāt just about meeting colleagues offline. It was about syncing strategy, refreshing our culture, and ensuring every team member feels equipped to build what comes next. Throughout the two days, the team attended multiple workshops designed to foster collaboration, strategic thinking, and personal growth. From problem-solving sessions to creative team challenges, every workshop had a single goal: to strengthen our ability to work as one unified company focused on excellence.
The agenda mixed strategic deep-dives, cross-team workshops, and honest conversations about where we stand and where weāre heading.
